We’ve established a 5-step procedure throughout the years to ensure that every project works smoothly and on schedule and on budget.
We begin by asking our clients to consider how they wish to live and interact with the finished house.
This 5-step procedure can be used for any large-scale property renovation project, including:
- Creating flats from a home
- combining two apartments into one
- Extensions and loft conversions
- Renovating all or most of a property’s rooms
1: Define each section or room.
Knowing what each room in the house will be used for and who will use it is critical to create a design that works for everyone while still appearing beautiful. All of our projects require 3D drawings, and space defining is always the first step.
2: Planning and approval
The client approves all components of the project after the design is finalised, ensuring that everyone understands what has to be done and when. Preparation is essential, and we always make sure to complete the necessary effort to prepare each room for remodelling work before we begin.
At this point, the existing area has been completely remodelled to accommodate the new design. Depending on the project (whether it’s a loft conversion or an expansion), we’ll also replace the roof, walls, windows, and doors to make the house watertight again.
The initial element of this stage, depending on the project (whether it’s a loft conversion or an extension), is to make sure the property is water tight again by installing new roofs, walls, windows, and doors. We look to complete all internal work such as plastering, doors, electrics, and plumbing once the home is watertight.
Finishing, fixtures, and fittings
Everything from Custom Build Houses, Kitchen Renovation, House Extensions, Kitchen Extensions, House Insulation, house painting, Commercial Painting, Interior / Exterior Painting, Wallpaper Hanging, Furniture Spray Painting, Plastering, Wood Flooring, Laminate Flooring, Domestic & Commercial Tiling, Carpentry, Bathroom Tiling, Bathroom Suites, Bathroom Furniture to Bathroom Renovations is included in this final step. Before being returned to the client, the property is clothed with all of the furniture and furnishings.

Tallaght Renovation and Refurbishment Services
Kitchens have evolved into the focal centre of everyday life and entertaining in the modern house. The kitchen, more than any other room in the house, appears to be where we spend more and more time. A well-designed kitchen and dining space might motivate you to spend more time preparing meals and entertaining friends and family, allowing you to show off your fine culinary abilities.
Are you planning kitchen improvements in Tallaght? You’ve arrived to the right location. ATRenovations has introduced a new technique to improve your kitchen renovation. Kitchen renovations are significantly easier and more enjoyable with our 3-step, full-service approach.
Complete renovation and refurbishment
Are you planning a thorough renovation of your Tallaght home? Complete renovations are a type of job that we believe to be our specialisation. Some businesses specialise on flooring. Some people will just renovate their kitchens and bathrooms. Others are more interested in painting or tiling. ATRenovations’ specialty is comprehensive service, which is why “full renovation” is our preferred project type.

Tallaght INTERIOR DESIGN & HIGH-END HOUSE RENOVATION
We believe that upgrading your home is an exciting experience. From the beginning stages of identifying a suitable home to renovate to the finer aspects of improving the thermal efficiency of the “new” house, here is all you need to know before you start your house restoration project.
The first decision you must make is whether you want to restore a building to its original state, albeit with a’makeover,’ or whether you want to significantly alter its overall size or internal arrangement. Of course, it’s possible that your proposed project will incorporate elements of both of these forms of renewal, altering a property while also returning it to its original character and appearance.
Although this potential is usually represented in the property’s price, it is rather normal for a property to be purchased with the sole goal of producing a profit from its eventual sale after refurbishment. This means that whether a property is purchased at auction, through a sealed bid process, or by another method, prudence should be maintained.
RENOVATING YOUR Tallaght HOME, NEW OR OLD
At the very least, you should devote ample time to learning about the house improvements in question, so that you can gain a thorough understanding of topics such as how light enters the property.
If you’re planning a large project, you should consult a trained architect, architectural designer, or, if necessary, a structural engineer to prevent some frequent pitfalls. If the house you intend to change is a listed building, professional guidance would be especially useful.
For example, whether you will need to seek for planning clearance for your project is a crucial early decision. It’s also critical to create a project plan at the start of the process to ensure that all of the tasks are completed in a logical order.

Areas We Cover
Tallaght ( TAL-ə; Irish: Tamhlacht, IPA: [ˈt̪ˠəul̪ˠəxt̪ˠ]) is the largest settlement, and county town, of South Dublin, Ireland, and the largest satellite town of Dublin. The central village area was the site of a monastic settlement from at least the 8th century, which became one of medieval Ireland’s more important monastic centres.
Up to the 1960s, Tallaght was a small village in the old County Dublin, linked to several nearby rural areas which were part of the large civil parish of the same name – the local council estimates the population then to be 2,500. Suburban development began in the 1970s and a “town centre” area has been developing since the late 1980s. There is no legal definition of the boundaries of Tallaght, but the 16 electoral divisions known as “Tallaght” followed by the name of a locality have, according to the 2016 census, a population of 76,119, up from 69,454 over five years. There have been calls in recent years for Tallaght to be declared a city.
The village core of the district is located north of, and near to, the River Dodder, and parts of the broader area within South Dublin are close to the borders of Dublin City, County Kildare, Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown and County Wicklow. Several streams flow in the area, notably the Jobstown or Tallaght Stream (a tributary of the Dodder), and the Fettercairn Stream (a tributary of the River Camac), while the Tymon River, the main component of the River Poddle (Liffey tributary), rises in Cookstown, near Fettercairn.
Tallaght is also the name of an extensive civil parish, which includes other areas of southern and southwestern Dublin, from Templeogue to Ballinascorney in the mountains. A book about the civil parish was published in the 19th century, “The History and Antiquities of Tallaght in the County of Dublin,” written by William Domville Handcock.
